In connection with the booking and provision of our services, we process only the personal data strictly necessary for these purposes: specifically names, contact details, and information required to schedule and organize appointments. We do not record health status, diagnoses, or medical history as part of our service records. We use personal data primarily to process bookings, communicate with clients, and document the services provided. The legal basis for this processing is primarily the performance of a contract (or taking steps prior to entering into a contract) and, where applicable, compliance with the controller's legal obligations.
We retain data kept solely for client record-keeping purposes for a maximum of two years following the client's last visit or last contact, after which the data is destroyed. If legal regulations mandate a longer retention period for certain documents, particularly accounting or tax records, we retain them for the period prescribed by the applicable regulations.
